Management Plasticity: Neuronal Networking as the Organizing Principle for Enterprise Architecture to Unfold Human Potential and Creativity

Franz Röösli, Michael Soontag and I wrote this article for the academic journal Challenging Organisations and Society; Reflective Hybrids, headed by Maria Spindler, PhD, for Volume 4, Issue 1 in 2015. We introduce the concept of management plasticity, where adaptive leaders guide adaptive organizations in the form of a neural network analogous to the human brain.
