The Colleague Letter of Understanding (CLOU)
I created this white paper in 2022 to provide an overview of the key tool for organizational self-management at Morning Star, the Colleague Letter of Understanding (CLOU).
It includes the very first version of the CLOU drafted by founder Chris Rufer in 1996.
